Shipping

We offer shipping to most countries around the world. We will aim to ship out your order same day. Otherwise it will be shipped out next day. We ship orders out 7 days a week, excluding all recognized US holidays or postal holidays. During any current worldwide events, shipping times may be delayed.

Once your package has shipped, you'll receive a shipping tracking ID and a personalized link that allows you to check your shipment anytime you like. If you've ordered with the wrong delivery address, please contact us so we can amend your order.

For international orders you may be liable to pay customs charges which are to be paid by the customer.

Returns & Refunds

To obtain your full refund, you must return all bottles (empty, full or partially full, including any "bonus" or "free" bottles) back to our fulfillment center within sixty (60) days of your original order date. Include a written note with:

Returns

You have a full 60 days from date of order to fully explore the benefits that Horsewood can bring you. If at any point during this time you wish to return your order, you can do so for a no-questions-asked refund.

Before requesting a refund, please ensure you've given Horsewood enough time to work for you. We advise all customers to use Horsewood for at least 2 months in order to fully experience the best results. If you still wish to refund, please see below instructions.

Step 1 — Check you are within the refund period

You have a whole 60 days from date of order to request a refund. After this period is up you cannot request a refund.

Step 2 — Return Unused Bottles To Us

In order to obtain a refund for an order, you must return only the unused bottles in perfect condition of the order you wish to be refunded back to our fulfillment center within 60 days since the order date.

Simply return the unused bottles in perfect condition and we will immediately process your full refund for the unused items. No questions asked.

You must include the original packing slip with your return. If you don't have it, include details regarding your order:

  1. Your Order ID (found in your order receipt)
  2. Your Full Name
  3. Your Full Address where the shipment was received
  4. Your Email Address
  5. Your Phone Number

Step 3 — Wait for refund processing

Once our fulfillment center has received your order and processed the information, you will be issued a refund. Your refund will be credited back to your bank account and may take up to 5–10 business days to show in your statement, depending on the speed of the processing bank. You will receive an email when the refund is processed.
